Video: CNN Interview on San Francisco Politics

CNN reporter Kyung Lah interviewed me about my election as city supervisor for the Sunset district. She wanted to know if there was a trend in San Francisco (and perhaps in cities across America) that residents want more focus on basics like public safety.

I told her: “We should all pay attention that San Francisco, the most liberal place in America, is saying enough. We want safe streets. We want good schools.” 

The great irony of the report is that CNN’s car was broken into at City Hall while I was being interviewed!

Kyung Lah also interviewed a number of Asian American residents and voters for her insightful report since the Sunset is demographically 53 percent Asian American.
